About Our Services

Rourke Training is committed to the development and ongoing mastery of presentation skills. Our team not only has Kirsten’s 20+ years in adult education, but we also have team members with extensive teaching, instructional design, and speaking experience. We have 3 public speakers on our staff, and we include elements of instructional design training in all of our programs.

Our Presenting Academy is for entrepreneurs and business leaders to learn the best methods for preparing content, engaging audiences, and responding to any question or curveball. The Presenting Academy features private sessions for you to practice all of the above in a focused and supportive environment. We have a 6-week Intensive for clients who want to get their teams online presentation-ready with efficiency and ease, a 6-week Private Coaching class for clients who want custom training, and we have VIP Consults to address presenting and content design needs that come in three hour packages.

• Models how to pivot with confidence no matter what happens in the moment.

• Provides weekly practice sessions in a small, supportive group setting. 

• Prepares you to smoothly respond to the 5 kinds of questions that all presenters, speakers, and coaches get.

How It Works:

Once weekly 90-minute meetings with intermediate assignments, small group sizes, increased time spent working with Kirsten, and a dedicated place to safely and confidently work with the Prep, Practice, and Pivot method.
